The Institutional Antiracism and Accountability (IARA) Project, situated within the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, is a team of researchers, students, and practitioners dedicated to answering this question. Through rigorous evaluation of policies and practices, we share what works to create antiracist change at the institutional level.
